Limited to only 30 participants, Leadership Folsom will connect you to key players in our community and allow you to develop the necessary skills to keep Folsom strong.
Leadership Folsom Purpose
Leadership Folsom is an experience offered to those members of our community who have an interest in further developing their personal leadership capabilities and knowledge of Folsom, as a city, hub of commerce, environment for education, and a place for recreation work in harmony with the ultimate goal of improving the quality of life for it residents, workforce and visitors.
Curriculum
The Leadership Folsom experience draws upon adult learning pedagogy including lecture and presentation, discussion, subject immersion, engagement, role play, student as teacher, site visits and brief readings. Additionally, the legacy of a “class community project” will be undertaken by participants.

When Leadership Meets
Leadership Folsom meets Thursday mornings from 8:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. twice per month (1st and 3rd of each month). Please check the calendar for extended sessions. More than one absence jeopardizes graduation from Leadership Folsom. The First Class meets October 19th
Tuition
Tuition is $1200. Class sessions include all supplies, all tours and a graduation celebration.
